Terms of Use

By creating an account or using XPlor3 you agree to the terms on this page. If there is part of it you do not agree with, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account, including keeping the sign-in codes we email you to yourself. One person may hold one account; creating several to collect the signup bonus repeatedly voids all of them. You must be at least 17, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Credits and payment

Credits are debited when a generation is created, not when it finishes. Some models return a varying number of files each run; for those we hold the maximum up front and return the unused part once the count is known. A failed job refunds its credits automatically.

Every model shows its price in credits before you press generate, and that is the figure that gets debited. Credits are bought once, never expire, are not redeemable for money, and do not transfer between accounts. Purchases are handled by a third-party payment provider.

Prices can change. A price change applies only to generations created after it, and never alters the value of credits already in your balance.

What you make

Your generations are yours. We store them to show back to you, and do not use them to train any model. Prompts and their results are still sent to the model provider that runs them, because without that there is nothing to produce.

What you ask for is your responsibility. The following are not allowed:

• Sexual material involving children.
• Images or video of a real person made to deceive, harass, or demean them.
• Material that infringes somebody else's copyright or trade marks.
• Using the service to break Indonesian law.
• Reselling access to your account, or automating usage in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Community gallery

You can offer images you generated for the gallery on xplor3.space. It is entirely your choice: nothing appears there unless you submitted it yourself, and every submission is reviewed before it goes up.

By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to show that image on xplor3.space for as long as the submission stays approved, together with the name of the model that made it, and its prompt only if you chose to show it. Your name and email are not shown, and the image remains yours.

You can withdraw a submission at any time from the studio, and the image leaves the gallery within a few minutes. We may decline or take down a submission without giving a reason. Submit only images that break none of the rules above and show no real, identifiable person.

Suspension

We can suspend an account that breaks the rules above. If that happens, unused credits remain on record and you can ask about them through the contact below. You can delete your own account at any time.

Availability

The service depends on third-party model providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and an outage at a provider can make a model temporarily unusable. We may also withdraw a model from the catalogue if its provider retires it.

Limits on liability

The service is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, our liability for loss arising from use of the service is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
